Dates Fixed for Pensioners, Now They Can Submit Life Certificates from Home – District Treasury Officer
Gurugram : Retired Haryana Government pensioners must submit their life certificates in November to receive their pensions. District Treasury Officer, Nancy Yadav, stated that pensioners receiving pensions from the Treasury and Sub-Treasury offices must submit their biometric life certificates at the Treasury offices. Pensioners can also submit their life certificates from home using their smartphones.
Approximately 8,000 pensioners receive their pensions from the Treasury Office, Gurugram. To avoid any inconvenience, pensioners whose names begin with the letters A, B, C, or D should come to submit their life certificates on November 3, 4, 6, and 7.
Pensioners whose names begin with E, F, G, H, I, and J can submit their life certificates on November 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.
Pensioners whose names begin with K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, or R can submit their life certificates at the Treasury Office on November 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21.
Pensioners whose names begin with S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, or Z can submit their life certificates on November 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28.
All pensioners are requested to submit their life certificates at the Treasury Office only on the dates specified above to avoid large crowds. Haryana government pensioners receiving their pension from the Sohna, Farukhnagar, and Pataudi sub-treasuries must submit their life certificates at the respective sub-treasury offices.
When visiting the treasury office for a life certificate, all pensioners must bring their PAN card, PPO, and Aadhaar card along with their registered mobile number. Family pensioners must also submit a certificate stating that they have not remarried. Dependent children receiving family pensions must also submit their income certificates as per the family identity card.
Sick and elderly pensioners who are unable to travel can submit their digital life certificates at home through an India Post Payments Bank representative. A government-prescribed fee will apply for this service. This service can be accessed by visiting the link:

All pensioners are informed that they can also provide proof of their life at home by downloading Aadhaar Face RD and Jeevan Pramaan Face App from Play Store on their smart mobile phones.
Treasury/Sub-Treasury offices will remain closed on Sunday, November 5, along with all Saturdays.
