Prohibitory Orders Issued in View of CET Examinations: : District Magistrate

– Orders will remain effective from 26 July to 27 July till the completion of the examination

Gurugram : District Magistrate Ajay Kumar, exercising the powers conferred under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code 2023, has issued prohibitory orders in view of the examinations being conducted for CET by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission in the district on 26 and 27 July. These orders will remain effective from 26 July to 27 July till the completion of the examination.

Under the order issued by the District Magistrate, the presence of unauthorized persons within 500 meters of the examination centers, operation of photocopy machine, printer or any other copying equipment, carrying weapons, firearms or any object capable of causing injury, sloganeering, illegal gathering or display of posters / banners etc. will be completely prohibited. Action will be taken against those who disobey the orders as per Section 223 of the Indian Justice Code 2023 and other Acts / Rules.
