Jaipur : After India’s air strike on Pakistan, high alert has been issued for the districts adjacent to the Rajasthan border. Due to security reasons, all flight operations from Kishangarh and Jodhpur airports have been stopped till May 10.

Meanwhile, holiday has been declared in all government-private schools and Anganwadis in the border districts (Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Sriganganagar) till further orders. The leaves of government employees have been cancelled and they have been ordered not to leave the headquarters. Along with increasing surveillance on social media across the state, it has been asked to increase the security of sensitive places. Instructions have also been given to keep adequate blood arrangements in hospitals and keep fire services on active mode to avoid emergency.

Home Department gave instructions to collectors :

At the same time, the Home Department gave instructions to all the District Collectors. Police and administration officials in border districts of Ganganagar, Bikaner, Phalodi, Jaisalmer and Barmer have been asked to remain in constant touch with the army and other central agencies.

Instructions given to all district collectors :

– Necessary life saving medicines and adequate blood should be kept in hospitals.

-Safe places should be identified for emergency and arrangements for generators should be ensured there.

-Immediate action should be taken on inflammatory posts or material on social media.

-Adequate food items should be arranged and people should be prevented from unnecessary storage.

-In villages which are on the border, an evacuation plan should be kept ready in case of emergency.

-A list of highly sensitive (vulnerable) places should be prepared and their strong security arrangements should be made.
