State Election Commissioner sought suggestions for improving the system from Administrative officials in Gurugram

Gurugram : State Election Commissioner Dhanpat Singh held a meeting with the administrative officials of the district on Thursday and gave necessary guidelines in view of the civic elections held in Gurugram in the year 2023 and 2025 and the Panchayat elections held in the year 2022. This meeting was held at the PWD Rest House.

The State Election Commissioner praised the management of the district administration in the civic elections held in a peaceful atmosphere in the district in the month of March and said that the completion of the entire election process without any bias and in a peaceful manner is an important achievement of our rich democratic system.

In the meeting, Shri Dhanpat Singh also sought suggestions from the administrative officers on the basis of their electoral experiences to ensure the participation of all voters and give them a pleasant experience at the polling stations with a view to taking the entire election system forward in a strong direction up to the BLO level. During this time, the Election Commissioner also directed to submit a detailed report to his office by April 30 for finalizing the accounts of the civic elections.

ADC Hitesh Kumar Meena, CEO District Council Jagnivas, CTM Ravindra Kumar, Pataudi SDM Dinesh Luhach, DDPO Navneet Kaur and other officers and employees from the District Election Office were present in the meeting.
