-MCG Commissioner Instructed Officials to Clear all the Points in the Next Two Days
Gurugram : Gurugram Mayor Rajrani Malhotra on Tuesday visited various areas of the city along with MCG Commissioner Ashok Kumar Garg and other officials . Municipal Commissioner gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials to speed up garbage lifting from secondary point to Bandhwari . They inspected cleanliness system .
On Tuesday, the Mayor and Municipal Commissioner reached the secondary garbage collection points located at Beriwala Bagh, Jharssa, Carterpuri and Khandsa. They took stock of the garbage situation there and instructed the officials to clear all the points in the next two days. The officials were told to ensure that the garbage is picked up from the secondary garbage collection points and sent to the garbage disposal plant located at Bandhwari. Along with this, better cleanliness of main roads, markets, garbage vulnerable points and public places should be ensured.
Mayor Rajrani Malhotra said that cleanliness of the city is the priority of the corporation administration. The Mayor also said that the participation of every citizen is necessary in building a clean city. She requested the people to throw garbage only at the designated place, reduce the use of plastic and separate wet and dry garbage.
On this occasion, BJP leader Tilakraj Malhotra, BJP office construction department state chief Harvinder Kohli, Vinod, Joint Commissioner Akhilesh Kumar Yadav, Vishal Kumar and Dr. Jaiveer Yadav were present.
