– Orders will remain effective from 12 April to 13 April till the completion of the examination
Gurugram, April 9 : District Magistrate Ajay Kumar, exercising the powers conferred under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code 2023, has issued prohibitory orders on 13 April in view of the examinations being conducted by UPSC for CDS, NDA and Naval Academy in the district. These orders will remain effective from 12 April to 13 April till the completion of the examination.
Under the order issued by the District Magistrate, there is a ban on gathering of five or more persons within two hundred meters of the examination centers, carrying weapons like explosives, swords, Gandasa, sticks, spears, axes, jelly, knives and other weapons. Xerox work / photo state shops, duplicating facility activities will be completely banned within the perimeter of the examination centers during the examination period. Action will be taken against those who disobey the orders as per Section 223 of the Indian Justice Code 2023 and other Acts / Rules.
