Cyclothon will enter Gurugram district on 11th April and a group of cyclists will enter Jhajjar from Badhsa on 12th

Gurugram, March 31 : Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that to make the youth of the state aware against drug addiction, the cyclothon will be started from Hisar from April 5. The journey will pass through all the assembly constituencies of the state with the theme Drug Free Haryana. He said this on Monday evening while giving instructions to make the cyclothon successful in all the districts of the state including Gurugram through video conference.
ADC Hitesh Kumar Meena and other administrative officers joined the VC from the conference hall located in the Mini Secretariat.
Register on Haryana Uday Portal to participate in Cyclothon
The Chief Minister appealed to the youth to participate enthusiastically in this important event for the bright future of the state. A registration link has been issued to join the Cyclothon journey on which anyone can register. The purpose of this journey is to make people aware against drug abuse. Register yourself through the link available on Haryana Uday Portal (https://uday.haryana.gov.in/AntiDrug_Cyclothon).
Public awareness against drug abuse will be done through public participation
The ADC, while giving instructions to the officers after the video conference, said that the district’s gram panchayats, colleges, schools, NGOs, various associations, de-addiction centers etc. should be included in the Drug Free Haryana campaign. Gurugram district will have active participation in the cycle journey. The Cyclothon will enter the border of Gurugram district from Faridabad on April 11. Cyclothon will be given a grand welcome in the district with public participation. This important journey will give a message against drug abuse to the people of the district.
The message of drug-free Haryana should be taken to every home
He said that the purpose of the cyclothon is to take the message of drug-free Haryana to every home, and for this, local youth, students, players, and social-religious organizations will be involved. On this occasion, SDM of Gurugram Paramjeet Chahal, Additional CEO of CSR Trust Haryana Gaurav Singh, District Higher Education Officer Prof. Kusum Bareja and Deputy Director Sports Giriraj Singh along with officials of the concerned departments were present.
