IIMT, Noida Gave Award for her Remarkable Contribution in Higher Education Teaching
Faridabad: Dr. Parul Khanna, vice principal, Institute of Management & Technology, Faridabad was recently awarded best professor for Excellence in Teaching in Higher Education. IIMT, Noida gave away plaque and citation to this young professor. Dr. Parul Khanna is an (Hons.) Graduate; along with MBA in Marketing & HRM and completed her doctoral degree in 2007.
For the last eighteen years she pursued multiple job portfolios with blend of experience including Researching, academics and administration. She has extensive experience in the creation and design of successful International conferences, seminars, workshops and students’ programs with a track record of delivering positive results.
She has proven ability to build innovative programs and course work that fosters learning and meet the needs of a diverse group by displaying her skills for the development of course contents for subjects like Marketing Management, Management concepts and HRM for the Centre for Distance Education, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh. She has authored widely acclaimed book “Ethics and Values in Business Management” and Total Quality Management. She is on panel of World Research Forum (WRFER) and is also empanelled as member of Editorial & Advisory Team of UGC Approved Journal – “Global Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies Global Journal of Engineering, Science & Social Science Studies.”
She has chaired National and International conferences & panel discussions. ASSOCHAM in association with The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) appreciated her valued contribution for preparing theKnowledge Report on SMEs at Haryana entitled “Haryana – Building SMEs for Sustainable Growth”.
As mother of two growing up children she is an epitome of a successful “Grihani” who masters the art of maintaining a delicate balance between home and work-life. Loved and adored by her students since her Ultimate Mantra is “Generation of better business leaders, managers and citizens of tomorrow”.
