Motihari Court Took Cognizance Against SBI MANAGER

A Case of Misbehaving Customer and Threatening

MOTIHARI: A court in Motihari on Thursday took cognizance against Branch manager of state bank of india (SBI) at Kachheri branch Samar Prasad Shrivastva under various section of IPC for misbehaving a customer and threatening him to implicate him in false case.

Ravi Pandey ,the first class magistrate issued summons against Shrivastva, who is senior manager in Kachheri branch in prima facie of case found Shrivastva guilty while recording statement of victim and witnesses.

A complainant Arbind Kumar Singh said he has to take shelter of court after all senior officials of state bank of india failed to act against Shrivastva, who had threatened him to close my account and sent in jail for no faults, when he asked balance of his account.

At first he conveyed all senior officials , when one Ashish Kumar , a clerk of this branch misbehaved him. Even Shrivastva and zonal manager were intimated regarding this but they turned all deaf ears.

When Ashish showed his apology, Singh said, he given a written compromise and withdrawn his application but Shrivastva intercepted me near Gandhi maidan and threatened me for writing letters to senior officials against him , Arbind said in complain.

Branch Manager Shrivastva , when contacted said that there is no any iota of truth in the allegation leveled against him. He said that he had problems with a junior level clerk which was later on settled down arbitrating between them.
