Senior Air Force leadership assesses operational readiness, infrastructure development and welfare initiatives during visit

Darbhanga: The Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Central Air Command (CAC), along with the President of the Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Regional) (AFFWA (R)), visited Air Force Station Darbhanga and reviewed various aspects of the station’s functioning.

During the visit, the AOC-in-C undertook a comprehensive assessment of the station’s operational preparedness and peacetime functioning. He also reviewed the progress of ongoing work services and inaugurated newly constructed operational infrastructure.

Interacting with personnel at the station, the AOC-in-C appreciated their dedication, commitment and high morale. He urged the air warriors to maintain a sustained focus on operational efficiency, force preservation and optimal utilisation of available resources.

The visit also covered welfare-related activities. The President AFFWA (R) reviewed the welfare initiatives being undertaken at the station and appreciated the Sanginis for their continued contribution to the local community and their valuable support to the IAF family.

The visit underscored the importance of maintaining high operational standards while ensuring infrastructure development, resource optimisation and the welfare of Air Force personnel and their families.
