Patna : Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary inaugurated the Janmashtami Festival-2026 along with the newly built CIMAGE IT Park, a 1,200-seat multi-purpose facility in Patna’s Patliputra Industrial Area. During his visit, he toured the premises and spoke with students to get firsthand insight into the computer classes, computer labs, and AI training being offered there.
Push for tech-driven education
The visit put a spotlight on the state’s broader plans to establish 100 technology centers across Bihar, with a focus on connecting youth and students from government schools to modern technical education. The goal, as outlined during the event, is to make both education and governance more effective by weaving technology deeper into everyday systems.
Looking ahead, Choudhary spoke of a resolve to steer Bihar toward a “golden era” of development over the next four to five years, and urged the state’s youth to take an active role in building a more developed and prosperous Bihar.
