New Delhi : Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated a STEM Innovation Lab at Government Sarvodaya School, Pitampura, saying the initiative reflects the Delhi government’s commitment to providing every student with access to modern learning opportunities and quality education.
Addressing the event, the Chief Minister said every student in Delhi should dream big and have access to world-class facilities to achieve those aspirations. She added that, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’, the Delhi government is continuously expanding modern teaching infrastructure in government schools.
Rekha Gupta described the STEM Innovation Lab as an important step towards promoting innovation, scientific learning and future-ready education. She said the project, developed through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), demonstrates how public participation can strengthen innovation and improve the quality of education in government schools.
The Chief Minister also expressed gratitude to former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan and Sophie Dhawan for their contribution to the initiative. She said their collaboration is a meaningful investment in the bright future of Delhi’s children.
