Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri Meets Sri Lankan PM Harini Amarasuriya in Colombo

Colomb : India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri called on Sri Lankan Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya in Colombo on Wednesday, reaffirming the strong and people-centric foundation of bilateral ties between the two neighbouring countries.

According to the High Commission of India in Colombo, the two leaders reviewed the close relationship between India and Sri Lanka and discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation across priority sectors.

Recalling their recent interactions, Foreign Secretary Misri and Prime Minister Amarasuriya explored new avenues for collaboration aimed at deepening the long-standing partnership between the two nations.

The meeting highlighted the shared commitment of India and Sri Lanka to expanding cooperation and further strengthening their multifaceted bilateral relationship.
