New Delhi/Ottawa: India’s High Commissioner to Canada, Dinesh K. Patnaik, interacted with Team India following an impressive performance at the World Junior Squash Championships 2026, held in Canada, congratulating the players and coaching staff on their outstanding achievements.
The tournament witnessed a historic milestone for Indian squash as Anahat Singh was crowned the World Junior Squash Champion, while the Indian boys’ team secured the bronze medal in the team event.
During his interaction with the contingent, High Commissioner Patnaik praised the players for their dedication, hard work and determination, describing their achievements as a matter of pride for India. He also congratulated the coaches for their role in nurturing young talent and guiding the team to international success.
