Gurugram Civic Officials Inspect Development Works on HIPA Road, Stress Quality and Timely Completion

Gurugram: Senior officials of the Municipal Corporation Gurugram (MCG) conducted a joint inspection of ongoing development works on HIPA Road in Sector-18, Ward-2, directing executing agencies to maintain quality standards and complete projects within the stipulated timeline.

The inspection was led by Additional Municipal Commissioners Yash Jaluka and Dr. Jaiveer Yadav, along with Junior Engineer Bhupendra Sharma, sanitation officials and other concerned officers.

During the visit, the team reviewed the progress of ongoing infrastructure and sanitation works and instructed agencies to execute all projects strictly in accordance with contractual specifications and prescribed deadlines.

Officials also assessed the quality of construction, drainage arrangements, sanitation measures and other civic amenities. Wherever shortcomings were identified, immediate corrective action was ordered.

Additional Municipal Commissioner Yash Jaluka said that negligence or unnecessary delays in development projects would not be tolerated and all works must be completed on time while adhering to the prescribed quality standards.

The officials further directed field teams to regularly monitor project progress, conduct periodic reviews and ensure that residents do not face inconvenience during the execution of the works.

Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya said the civic body is continuously monitoring all development projects across Gurugram to ensure they meet quality benchmarks and completion deadlines. He reiterated that the corporation’s priority is to provide better civic infrastructure and services to citizens, adding that any laxity in execution will be dealt with strictly.
