New Delhi : President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Skopje, North Macedonia, on a historic State Visit, marking the first-ever visit by an Indian President to North Macedonia.
On her arrival at the airport, President Murmu was warmly welcomed by Mr. Timcho Mucunski, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of North Macedonia.
The landmark visit reflects the growing warmth and momentum in India–North Macedonia bilateral relations. It is expected to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries across a wide range of areas, including trade, investment, technology, education, culture and people-to-people connections.
The visit holds special significance as it provides a new opportunity to expand diplomatic engagement and explore fresh avenues of partnership between India and North Macedonia.
