New Delhi : Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal held a meeting with a delegation led by Vidhya Srinivasan, Vice President, Ads & Commerce at Google, along with Preeti Lobana.
During the meeting, discussions focused on harnessing the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies to empower micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), startups, exporters, and local businesses across India.
Minister Goyal highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation with technology leaders to accelerate AI adoption, promote digital skills, expand market opportunities, and support innovation-driven growth.
The discussions also explored ways to create a more technology-enabled business ecosystem that can help Indian enterprises enhance competitiveness, improve access to global markets, and leverage emerging digital tools for sustainable growth.
