New Delhi : Indian Ambassador V Doraiswami held a meeting yesterday with Ms. Huang Xiaowei, Vice President and First Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women’s Federation (ACWF), at the Federation’s headquarters.
During the discussions, both sides reviewed ways to strengthen India–China cooperation, particularly in advancing women’s empowerment and sharing successful policy approaches related to women’s development and progress.
The meeting also touched upon Ms. Huang’s forthcoming visit to Kochi, India, where she is set to head the Chinese delegation for the upcoming BRICS Women’s Ministerial Meeting next week.
