New Delhi : A delegation comprising 25 faculty members and students from the Hindi Department, Institute of Modern Languages (IML), University of Dhaka, visited the ‘Light and the Lotus: Relics of the Awakened One’ exhibition held at the Rai Pithora Cultural Complex, New Delhi.
The visit was part of an academic and cultural study tour to India, organized by the High Commission of India, Dhaka, and coordinated by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
During the visit, the delegation explored the exhibition and gained deeper insights into India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage, particularly its Buddhist traditions and historical legacy.
The initiative reflects ongoing cultural and educational exchanges aimed at strengthening people-to-people ties between India and Bangladesh.
