Gurugram : The Ministry of Rural Development has extended the deadlines for multiple public awareness competitions on rural employment schemes, aimed at promoting the Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Employment and Livelihood Mission (Rural) — VB-G RAM-G Act, 2025.
Sharing details, Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar said the initiative seeks to boost awareness about rural livelihood schemes in India by actively engaging youth, students, and citizens through creative and digital platforms.
Competitions & Participation Platforms
Participants can take part in:
- Logo Design Contest on the MyGov portal
- National Reel/Video Challenge – “60 Seconds for My Village” on the MY Bharat portal
- VB-G RAM-G Quiz Competition
Extended Deadlines Announced
- Logo Design Competition: April 4, 2026
- Reel/Video Challenge: April 5, 2026
- Quiz Competition: April 7, 2026
The DC highlighted that the initiative aligns with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, encouraging youth participation in rural development and strengthening the concept of “Yuva Shakti – Panchayat Pragati.”
He urged young citizens to actively participate in these competitions, contributing ideas and creativity towards building a developed and self-reliant rural India.
