National Lok Adalat on May 9 in Gurugram for Speedy Case Disposal

Gurugram : A National Lok Adalat will be organized on May 9 at the Gurugram District Court Complex under the guidance of Vani Gopal Sharma, Chairperson of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), and the leadership of Rakesh Kadian, Secretary, DLSA.

Aim to Ensure Speedy Justice


The Lok Adalat aims to promote fast and amicable dispute resolution by settling a large number of pending cases through mutual consent, reducing the burden on courts and providing easy access to justice.

Wide Range of Cases to Be Settled


A variety of matters will be taken up during the Lok Adalat, including traffic challans, bank recovery cases, motor accident claims, family disputes, civil cases, bailable criminal matters, labour disputes, land acquisition cases, and utility bill disputes (electricity and water), along with other minor litigations.

Public Urged to Participate
Appealing to the public, CJM Rakesh Kadian encouraged citizens to take full advantage of the National Lok Adalat in Gurugram, highlighting it as an effective platform for quick, cost-effective, and hassle-free settlement of cases.

The initiative is expected to significantly contribute to reducing case pendency and ensuring timely justice delivery.
