Gurugram : The Labour Department, Gurugram, today organized a solemn felicitation ceremony to mark the retirement of Deputy Labour Commissioner Dinesh Kumar. All senior officers, employees, and representatives from various industrial and social organizations attended the ceremony to express their respect and best wishes to Dinesh Kumar.
Speakers at the ceremony praised Dinesh Kumar’s long and distinguished service, noting that during his tenure, he played a key role in establishing a balance between workers and industries, effectively implementing labor laws, and maintaining industrial harmony. His administrative experience, impartial work style, and positive attitude significantly contributed to strengthening the functioning of the Labour Department.
On this occasion, the Progressive Federation of Trade and Industry (PFTI) also honored Dinesh Kumar, extending heartfelt congratulations on his retirement and best wishes for a bright future.
Advocate R.L., President of the Labour Law Advisor Association, Gurugram, and Director General of PFTI, attended the ceremony. Sharma, in his address, stated that Dinesh Kumar was an efficient, sensitive, and hardworking officer who, during his tenure, always made fair and transparent decisions, protecting the interests of workers and industries. He stated that Dinesh Kumar’s contributions will always be an inspiration for the Labor Department and the industrial sector. Under his leadership, many complex matters were resolved amicably, strengthening positivity and trust in the industrial environment. He wished Dinesh Kumar a healthy, happy, and successful retirement.
PFTI Chairman Deepak Maini, in his address, stated that Dinesh Kumar served as a strong bridge between industries and workers during his tenure. He stated that Dinesh Kumar’s working style was always collaborative, practical, and solution-oriented, providing justice and guidance to the industry and labor organizations. He expressed hope that Dinesh Kumar’s experience would prove useful to society and the industrial sector in the future.

PFTI Vice Chairman Dr. S.P.
