– Gurugram will transform the face of industries
Gurugram : As part of a landmark joint initiative by the Progressive Federation of Trade and Industry (PFTI) and Intellitech Electronics Solutions Limited, in collaboration with the Department of MSME, Government of India, and the Quality Council of India, a grand “MSME Lean Awareness Program” was organized at Club Capri, Central Park Resort, Gurugram. The program is run under the Government of India’s MSME Competitiveness Initiative, implemented by Intellitech. The initiative aims to increase production, control wastage, and elevate quality to new heights in small and medium-sized enterprises.
PFTI Director General Advocate R.L. Sharma and Vice President Dr. S.P. Agarwal inaugurated the program, while Chairman Mr. Deepak Maini delivered the welcome address. He stated that this initiative will serve as a means to transform MSMEs from traditional patterns into modern industrial powerhouses.
PFTI Director Dr. Anshul Dhingra, while clarifying the direction of industry transformation, said that only those industries that adopt streamlined processes and continuous improvement will survive in today’s competitive landscape.
Intellitech Managing Director Mr. Dinesh Sharma stated that the lean approach will free industries from waste and make them more profitable and robust. Following this, Mr. Manish Kumar and Mr. Jitesh Sharma from the Intellitech team presented the plan’s entire methodology and participation process to the industry.
PFTI leadership unanimously hailed it as a transformative step for industries. Chairman Mr. Deepak Maini called it a new chapter in development, Vice President Dr. S.P. Aggarwal called it the most urgent need of the hour, Director General Advocate R.L. Sharma described it as a decisive initiative to move industries from losses to progress, and Director Dr. Anshul Dhingra called it the harbinger of a true industrial revolution. Patron Mr. Harish Ghai called it a historic initiative that will strengthen the future of MSMEs.
At the end of the program, PFTI launched a year-long free employee skill development initiative, under which employees of PFTI members who join the Lean program will receive ongoing training.
At the conclusion, Gurugram Unit President Mr. P.K. Gupta expressed his gratitude to all the guests. Senior PFTI officials and a large number of industry representatives were present at the program, including Aman Gupta, Rakesh Batra, R.S. Yadav, Pradeep Modi, Udayveer Singh, Vinod Agarwal, Dr. K.K.
