MoFPI Invites Proposals to Set Up NABL-Accredited Food Testing Laboratories

New Delhi :  The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) has invited applications from eligible entrepreneurs to establish Food Testing Laboratories with NABL accreditation under the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Infrastructure (FSQAI) component of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana (PMKSY).

Applicants must submit their proposals online only as per the Scheme Guidelines dated 12th November 2025, available on the Ministry’s website: https://www.mofpi.gov.in.

  • Online Submission Only:
    Applications must be submitted through https://www.sampada-mofpi.gov.in under the “PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA” section. Offline or physical submissions will not be accepted.

  • Last Date:
    The final date for submission is 20th January 2026, 5:00 PM.

  • Application Fee:
    A non-refundable Demand Draft as per scheme guidelines must be submitted, payable to:
    “Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi.”
    A scanned copy must be uploaded with the online application, and the original should reach the Ministry within one week after the last date.

  • Pre-Bid Meeting:
    A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2nd December 2025 at 2:30 PM at:
    Room No. 120, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Panchsheel Bhawan, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi.

  • Technical Support:
    The online submission link and complete application form will be available until 20th January 2026, 5:00 PM.
