- DC Ajay Kumar resolved public problems in the Samadhan camp organized at the Mini Secretariat at the district headquarters
Gurugram : The Samadhan camps being organized as per the guidelines of the Haryana Government are becoming a strong example of good governance with timely solutions, dedicated officers and participation of the general public. With the aim of quick resolution of the problems of the common people, on the initiative of Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, the complaints of the people are being resolved on priority basis through Samadhan camps from 10 am to 12 noon on Monday and Thursday at the district headquarters and sub-division in Gurugram.
In this connection, DC Ajay Kumar provided relief to the people by settling the complaints in the Samadhan camp organized on Thursday in the presence of district level department heads in the conference hall located at the Mini Secretariat. DC Ajay Kumar said that the main objective of the Samadhan camp is to establish direct communication between the public and the administration so that the problems can be resolved in a timely and transparent manner. Through these camps, citizens do not have to visit offices to resolve their complaints, rather they can directly communicate with the officials at one place. He said that this meaningful initiative being run under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini is also getting full support and appreciation from the public.
Solution cell established at headquarters to resolve complaints
The DC said that a solution cell has been established at the headquarters level where the complaints of the solution camp are being monitored. The complaints which can be resolved quickly are resolved on the spot and relief is provided to the citizens and the problems related to policy making are sent to the headquarters so that necessary steps can be taken to ensure their timely solution.
On this occasion, SDM of Gurugram Paramjit Chahal, Joint Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Gurugram Vishal, CTM Sapna Yadav and officials of various departments were present.
