– District administration is fully alert, will not let the candidates face any problem: DC

Gurugram : DC Ajay Kumar today said that all the necessary arrangements have been completed by the district administration regarding the Haryana CET Examination 2025, so that the candidates do not face any inconvenience. Haryana CET examination to be held on 26th and 27th July in Gurugram. The DC was addressing a press conference organized in the conference hall at the Mini Secretariat on Wednesday. He said that 145 examination centers have been set up at 107 educational institutions in Gurugram district.
According to DC more than 36 thousand candidates will come to appear in the examination in each shift from Rohtak, Nuh, Sonipat and Rewari . 1 lakh 45 thousand 488 candidates will be appear in the examination in four shifts on both days. Similarly, 7 thousand 800 candidates will leave for Faridabad from Gurugram to take the examination.
He said that the District Administration Gurugram has prepared a fleet of 623 buses for the smooth transportation of the candidates coming to Gurugram from other districts and going from Gurugram to Faridabad. To go from Gurugram to Faridabad, buses will depart from six places in the district namely Gurugram Bus Stand, Sohna, Pataudi, Sector 52, Manesar IMT Chowk and Farrukhnagar. Similarly, for the candidates coming to Gurugram from outside districts, shuttle bus services will be provided to the examination centers from SGT University, IMT Chowk Manesar, Rajiv Chowk, Tau Devi Lal Stadium and Laser Valley Ground Sector 29.
Bus services from Gurugram to Faridabad will start from 4 am on July 26, which will provide services till 10 pm on July 27. CET candidates can also contact the Transport Department’s helpline numbers 0124-2320222 and 0124-4912626 for travel related information.
– Control room set up for the candidates, helpline numbers issued
DC Ajay Kumar said that in view of the CET examination, the district administration has set up a control room in the Mini Secretariat to assist the candidates. For any information or assistance, the candidates can contact the helpline numbers of the control room 0124-2972349, 2972351, 2973347, 2973348 and 2974350. The DC said that the control room will remain active to provide all kinds of information related to the examination and to quickly resolve the problems of the candidates. He said that this control room will remain active till 10 pm on July 27.

DC Ajay Kumar said that the examination will be conducted in two shifts on July 26 and 27. In which the morning shift has been fixed from 10 am to 11.45 am. At the same time, the time for the afternoon shift examination has been fixed from 3.15 pm to 5 pm. He told that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission has fixed the time for entry into the examination center from 7.30 am to 9.15 am for the morning shift and from 12.45 to 2.30 pm for the afternoon shift. He clarified that no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center after the stipulated time. He told that this information has been clearly given by the commission on the admit card.
Section 163 implemented for security at examination centers
The DC said that strict security arrangements have been made at all the examination centers set up in the district. To maintain the fairness of the examination, orders have been given to impose Section 163 of the Indian Civil Code at all the centers, under which neither crowd will be able to gather nor any unwanted activity within a radius of 500 meters of the examination centers. Along with this, orders have been given to keep all the photocopy and other photocopy equipment shops closed near all the centres.
