Haryana CET Exam 2025 : DC Orders All Cyber Cafe of Gurugram to Keep Record of Guests

-The District Magistrate ordered the cyber cafe operators in Gurugram district to keep a record of guests staying in PGs, guest houses and hotels etc. along with their ID proofs

– Due to security reasons on Independence Day, the District Magistrate banned the use of drones etc. in Gurugram district till August 15

– The orders will remain in effect till August 31, action will be taken against violators

Gurugram :  In view of security on Independence Day, Gurugram District Magistrate and DC Ajay Kumar has ordered the cyber cafe operators, PGs, guest houses, hotels, landlords and other offices in Gurugram district to keep a record of their tenants, servants, visitors and guests along with their ID proofs.

These orders of prohibitory orders made under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code 2023 will come into effect with immediate effect in Gurugram district and will remain in force till August 31, 2025. In his order, the District Magistrate has also imposed a precautionary ban on the use of drones, micro light aircraft, glider/power glider/hot air balloon, kite flying and Chinese micro light in the district during the above period.

These orders have been issued keeping in view the security reasons to stop the activities of anti-social elements on the occasion of Independence Day. Action will be taken against those who disobey the orders under Section 223 of the Indian Penal Code 2023.
