-34 complaints received in Samadhan Shivir, instructions for quick solution
Gurugram : A Samadhan Shivir was organized in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat on Thursday under the Samadhan Shivir scheme run by the state government for quick and effective solution of the problems of the common man.
The camp was chaired by Gurugram SDM Paramjit Chahal. He listened to the problems of the citizens seriously and instructed the departmental officers present that each complaint should be resolved with priority and timeliness.
SDM Paramjit Chahal said that public service is the top priority of the administration. Samadhan Shivir is an effective medium of direct communication between the general public and the administration, which promotes transparency and accountability. A total of 34 complaints were received in the camp. These mainly included problems related to property ID, family identity card, land registration, social welfare pension schemes and ration card.
In most of the cases, the process of resolution was started on the spot by the concerned departments. In the cases where immediate solution was not possible, they were handed over to the departmental officers and instructions were given to ensure quick solution.
SDM Chahal said that this Samadhan camp is a part of the statewide campaign being run under the guidance of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. The aim of this campaign is to provide smooth, transparent and quick administrative services to the general public.
He also clarified that Samadhan camp is not just a process but a continuous effort, so all departments should continuously monitor the complaints and ensure their quality solution.
