Gurugram : A Samadhan Shivir was organized in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat on Monday under the Samadhan Shivir campaign being run by the Haryana government for quick resolution of the problems of the common man across the state. The Samadhan Shivir was chaired by DC Ajay Kumar.
DC Ajay Kumar listened carefully to each complainant in the presence of public representatives and officials and directed the officials of the concerned departments present on the spot to ensure quick and effective resolution of the problems.
DC Ajay Kumar said, “Quick resolution of public problems is our priority. The purpose of the Samadhan Shivir is to promote direct dialogue between the administration and the public, so that the problems of the people can be resolved quickly.” Officials from various departments were present in the Samadhan Shivir, who listened to the problems of the citizens and tried to provide immediate solutions. Issues related to health, education, employment, and social welfare were discussed in the camp. Through this camp, as per the instructions of Haryana Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini and under the guidance of DC Ajay Kumar, public and personal complaints of needy people are being resolved on priority.
The major complaints in the Samadhan camp include property ID, family identity card, land registration, social welfare pension, ration card etc. To resolve this, the officers and team of the concerned department are trying to resolve it immediately in the camp.
