GURUGRAM : Bank of Baroda, India’s second largest Bank, in yet another innovative marketing initiative,   has acquired the Semi Naming Rights of Sikanderpur Metro Station. The Station will be re – named as “Bank of Baroda Sikanderpur” Metro Station.

 

Connects to Gurgaon Rapid Metro

Sikanderpur is the first and the only Metro Station that directly connects to Gurgaon Rapid Metro. It is an interchanging metro station hence covers the crowd of both the transport systems. Daily around 85000 people commute by this station, aggregating to a whopping 300 Lac people per annum. The initiative will reposition the Bank in a different innovative branding league and will go a long way in enhancing its visibility.

 

Unique Branding Venture by Bank of Baroda

 

Bank of Baroda, Executive Director, Shri B. B. Joshi said, “Acquiring Semi Naming Rights is a recent concept in India for branding purpose. We are happy to announce that Bank of Baroda, maintaining its tradition of being pioneer in various initiatives, will again be the first public sector Bank to foray into such unique branding venture. Bank of Baroda Sikanderpur will be one of the biggest brand-building platforms for the Bank”.
