Mewat Development Board meeting soon, will discuss developmental projects : CM Haryana

Chandigarh, March 10 : Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that in the last 10 years, Mewat region has seen unprecedented progress in various fields including health, water supply, strengthening of roads and education. He said that to give further impetus to development in Mewat, a meeting of the Mewat Development Board will be held soon.

Shri Saini was replying to a question asked during the Question Hour in the Assembly Budget Session today. He said that the difference between the development of Mewat before 2014 and the development in the last ten years after 2014 is clearly visible.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared Nuh as an aspiring district, under which special work has been done on health, education, agriculture and water resources, basic infrastructure, financial inclusion and skill development in the district.
