Rohtak, Dec. 28 : “ For providing humanized teaching with endeavors of needo-governance, the academic leadership must convert monkey mind to monk mind,” believes Propounder Needonomics School of Thought Dr. Madan Mohan Goel, Former Vice-Chancellor superannuated Professor from Kurukshetra University. He was addressing the participants of the NEP Orientation & Sensitization Program (online mode) organized by UGC- Malviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC) Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak. His topic was “Academic Leadership for Needo-governance in Institutional Management”. Dr Madhuri Hooda Project Coordinator and Dy.Director MMTTC delivered the welcome address and presented a citation on the achievements of Prof. M.M. Goel.

To make the National Education Policy (NEP) sufficient as needo-education for needo-employability, we must adopt a well-defined Public-Private –Partnership (PPP) model ensuring needo-governance for minimizing the challenges in its implementation believes Prof. Goel.

To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of academic leadership, we must understand and adopt Gita-based needonomics, explained Needonomist Goel.

Empowerment and enlightenment to play with the paperweight need a decentralization approach, said Prof. Goel.

To get the best from others, we must give better than the best in our academic endeavors, said Prof. Goel.

To script a new narrative of academic leadership with cooperation (not competition), we must be bold, courageous, and enthusiastic to become street SMART (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive, and transparent), explained Prof. Goel.
Prof Sandeep Malik told this NEP Orientation and Sensitization Program started on 24th of December and will end on 31 st of December, 2023.
