New Delhi : The 8th India-Kuwait Foreign Office Consultations were held in Kuwait today, co-chaired by Additional Secretary (Gulf) Aseem R. Mahajan and Kuwait’s Assistant Foreign Minister for Asia Affairs, Nawaf Abdullatif Sulaiman Al-Ahmed.
During the consultations, both sides comprehensively reviewed the India-Kuwait Strategic Partnership, covering key areas including political relations, energy, trade, investment, defence, security, culture and people-to-people ties.
The two sides also discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation across these areas.
They exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest, reaffirming their commitment to deepening the close and multifaceted partnership between India and Kuwait.
