New Delhi : BJP MP from Bengaluru South Lok Sabha constituency Tejasvi Surya reflected on his 14-year journey with the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and expressed gratitude to senior BJP leaders for giving him the opportunity to serve.

In a post on X, Surya said he began his BJYM journey 14 years ago as a karyakarta of the city unit and never imagined that the journey would eventually take him to the position of National President of BJYM.

Surya expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President J.P. Nadda and BJP General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santhosh for their faith and the opportunity to serve.

He also thanked Tarun Chugh and Sunil Bansal for guiding the organisation as its Prabharis.

Surya extended his best wishes to Dr. Hemang Joshi, who is set to take BJYM forward under the leadership of Nitin Nabin.

Remembering his interaction with party workers during his organisational journey, Surya thanked every karyakarta who welcomed him into their homes, guided and corrected him, and stood by him.

Concluding his message, Surya said: “Positions change. Titles change but — Once BJYM, Always BJY.”
