Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Welcomes Kanwariyas at Delhi-UP Border During Sawan

New Delhi: During the holy month of Sawan, Delhi resonated with devotion to Lord Shiva as Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited a Kanwar Seva Camp at the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border.

CM Rekha Gupta paid obeisance to the Kanwariyas, welcomed them with a shower of flowers, and saw them off as they continued their sacred journey.

She also inspected various Kanwar Seva Camps to review the arrangements being made for the Kanwariyas. During her visit, the Chief Minister interacted with camp operators and volunteers, appreciating their dedicated service to the devotees.

On the occasion, CM Rekha Gupta prayed that Lord Mahadev, the God of Gods, accept the devotion of all Shiva devotees, make their sacred journey auspicious, and continue to shower His blessings on Delhi.

Cabinet colleague Kapil Mishra, MLAs Sanjay Goyal and Jitendra Mahajan, along with a large number of Shiva devotees, were also present on the occasion.
