Gurugram: The Gurugram district administration continues to provide prompt relief to citizens through its Samadhan Camps, being held regularly at the district headquarters and sub-divisional levels under the directions of the Haryana Government and the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh.

At the latest camp held on Monday, SDM Hitendra Kumar heard public grievances and directed officials of the concerned departments to ensure their timely resolution.

He said the objective of the initiative is to provide citizens with a single platform for the quick and hassle-free resolution of issues related to multiple government departments.

During the camp, complaints relating to electricity, water supply, Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra), old-age pension and other public services were taken up. Most of the grievances were resolved on the spot.

A total of 13 complaints were received during the camp. For cases requiring further action, the SDM instructed the concerned departments to resolve them within the stipulated timeframe.

To ensure transparency and accountability, officials were directed to upload quality Action Taken Reports (ATRs) on the ATR Portal, ensuring that grievances are comprehensively addressed and do not require reopening.

SDM Hitendra Kumar said the Samadhan Camps have become an effective platform for direct interaction between the administration and citizens, enabling transparent and citizen-centric service delivery. He also urged residents to participate in the camps and register their grievances on the designated dates.

The camp was attended by Joint Commissioner Sapna Yadav, DDP0 Navneet Kaur, Medical Officer Dr. Priyanka, ATP Jyoti Yadav, Planning Officer Sachin Singh, Deputy DEO Deepti Boken, Geeta Arya, SDO Suman Kashyap, Investigator Sanjay, CM Window Eminent Person Sushma Sharma, and other officials.
