New Delhi: US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor hosted a farewell dinner in honour of Sweden’s Ambassador to India, Jan Thesleff, who is set to conclude his diplomatic tenure in New Delhi after nearly four years.
Sharing details of the gathering, Ambassador Gor said it was an honour to host the farewell dinner for Ambassador Thesleff, describing him as a valued colleague and friend.
He noted that Ambassador Jan Thesleff had served as Sweden’s Ambassador to India for almost four years and would soon be leaving New Delhi after completing his assignment.
Expressing gratitude for their friendship and collaboration, Ambassador Gor extended his best wishes to Ambassador Thesleff for the future and thanked him for his contributions during his tenure in India.
