New Delhi: The Delhi Police has appealed to all protesters to maintain restraint and cooperate with law enforcement agencies to ensure peace and public order in the national capital.
In an official advisory, the police urged protesters to conduct demonstrations in a peaceful and lawful manner and avoid any activities that could disrupt public safety. Protesters have been requested to strictly follow the instructions issued by police personnel deployed on duty and refrain from any illegal or violent actions.
The Delhi Police also cautioned citizens against spreading or believing rumours, misinformation, and unverified information on social media platforms. People have been advised to rely only on credible and official sources for accurate updates.
The police appealed to residents to cooperate in maintaining peace, harmony, and law and order across Delhi, while assuring that necessary measures are being taken to ensure public safety.
