New Delhi /Berlin : Germany has reaffirmed its commitment to expanding opportunities for skilled Indian professionals, highlighting the growing importance of workforce mobility in strengthening bilateral ties with India.
Theinaugural session of the Human Resource Mobility Forum was addressed by Dr. S. Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister on 3oth June
At the Human Resource Mobility Forum, German representatives underscored the success of the India-Germany Comprehensive Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement (CMMPA) and welcomed skilled Indian talent to contribute to Germany’s workforce and economic growth.
The discussions focused on enhancing mobility pathways for qualified professionals while promoting deeper cooperation in areas such as skills development, employment and people-to-people exchanges. German officials noted that Indian professionals continue to play an increasingly important role in supporting the country’s economic and industrial sectors.
The forum also reaffirmed the shared commitment of both countries to further strengthen the India-Germany partnership by facilitating the movement of skilled talent and expanding collaboration in workforce development.
