Chandigarh/Gurugram : In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government on Friday issued transfer and posting orders for 15 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers and one HPS, including senior-rank officers such as the Director General of Police (DGP), Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Inspector General of Police (IGP) and Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).
According to official orders, the reshuffle has been implemented with immediate effect as part of efforts to streamline police administration and improve operational efficiency across the state.
Sources said the transfers include key postings at the headquarters as well as field-level assignments in various districts and units. The reshuffle is aimed at strengthening law and order management and ensuring better coordination within the police hierarchy.
