-Karan Goyal Assures Stronger Security and Police-Industry Cooperation in Gurugram

Gurugram : The Progressive Federation of Trade and Industry (PFTI) delegation paid a courtesy visit to Karan Goyal, DCP West Gurugram and Nodal Officer of the Police-Industry Coordination Committee, to congratulate him on his promotion to the prestigious Indian Police Service (IPS). The delegation extended their best wishes for his successful tenure and expressed confidence that under his leadership, law and order in Gurugram would be further strengthened.

PFTI Chairman Deepak Maini and Director General Advocate R.L. Sharma were prominently present during the meeting. The delegation held detailed discussions with Mr. Goyal on several issues concerning the industrial sector, including security in industrial areas, traffic management, labour and industry-related concerns, and the overall law and order situation in Gurugram. Both sides also deliberated on strengthening coordination between the police administration and the industrial community.

Speaking on the occasion, PFTI Chairman Deepak Maini stated that Gurugram has emerged as one of the country’s leading industrial and corporate hubs, making a strong law and order system essential for sustained industrial growth. He highlighted that Mr. Karan Goyal has played a significant role in improving communication and cooperation between the police administration and industries through the Police-Industry Coordination Committee. He expressed confidence that Mr. Goyal’s leadership and experience would further enhance policing and create a safer environment for industries as well as residents.

PFTI Director General Advocate R.L. Sharma emphasized that industrial development is closely linked to a peaceful and secure atmosphere. He said stronger coordination between industrial organizations and the police can greatly improve crime prevention, traffic regulation, and public safety. He also expressed hope that the positive cooperation between PFTI and the police administration would continue in the future for the benefit of society and the industrial sector.

Addressing the delegation, DCP West Karan Goyal stated that maintaining law and order in a rapidly growing city like Gurugram remains a top priority for the police administration. He affirmed that the police force is working with dedication to ensure public safety, women’s security, efficient traffic management, and enhanced security arrangements in industrial zones. He further noted that continuous dialogue and cooperation between industries and the police would help strengthen the overall security framework. Mr. Goyal thanked the PFTI delegation for their warm wishes and assured continued cooperation in the future.

During the visit, the delegation honored Mr. Karan Goyal with a floral bouquet and conveyed best wishes on behalf of the organization. Both sides also agreed to continue working together for social welfare and industrial development in the region.
