New Delhi : India on Tuesday advised China to engage in introspection while responding to reports regarding Chinese assistance to Pakistan during ‘Operation Sindoor’.
Reacting to the reports, Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Randhir jaiswal said, India had carried out strikes targeting terrorist hideouts and emphasised that it is for countries concerned to decide whether they wish to support efforts aimed at protecting terrorist sanctuaries.
The MEA further stated that such actions raise serious questions about the international credibility and reputation of nations extending support in such circumstances.
India reiterated its position on combating terrorism and underlined the importance of ensuring that no support is extended to terror infrastructure or safe havens.
