New Delhi : Melania Trump has issued a detailed public statement addressing allegations and speculation linking her to Jeffrey Epstein. Her video and written statement are shared on social media plateform ‘ X ‘.
In her statement, she firmly denied ever having a personal relationship or friendship with Epstein or his associate Ghislaine Maxwell. She clarified that while she and her husband, Donald Trump, may have attended some of the same social events as Epstein in places like New York City and Palm Beach, such overlaps were common within elite social circles at the time.
Melania Trump emphasized that any communication she may have had with Maxwell was limited to casual correspondence and should not be interpreted as a deeper connection. She also rejected claims suggesting Epstein played any role in her relationship with Donald Trump, stating that she met her husband by chance in New York City in 1998—a detail she notes is documented in her book, Melania.
Addressing circulating photos and claims on social media, she warned the public to be cautious, describing such material as false and misleading. She further clarified that she is neither a victim nor a witness in any legal matters related to Epstein and has not been named in connection with his crimes.
