New Delhi :Barry Faure, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Seychelles, arrived in New Delhi to participate in the prestigious Raisina Dialogue 2026.
Welcoming the visiting minister, Randhir Jaiswal, Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, stated that India and Seychelles share a strong and multidimensional partnership based on close diplomatic cooperation and mutual trust.
He noted that the visit of the Seychelles Foreign Minister to attend the Raisina Dialogue will further strengthen bilateral engagement and provide fresh momentum to the growing India–Seychelles partnership across various sectors.
India and Seychelles maintain close relations in areas such as maritime security, development cooperation, trade, and people-to-people exchanges, with both countries working together to enhance regional cooperation in the Indian Ocean region.
