In a statement, the airline said that passengers with bookings made on or before February 28, 2026, for travel scheduled up to March 5, 2026, will be eligible for special concessions. Travellers can reschedule their flights without any additional charges or opt for a full refund to their original form of payment.

The airline reiterated that passenger safety and convenience remain its top priorities and said it is closely monitoring developments in the region. Passengers have been advised to review their travel plans and check their flight status on the airline’s official website or contact its 24×7 customer support team for assistance.

Meanwhile, in view of the evolving situation in parts of the Middle East, the airline has temporarily suspended all flights to destinations across the region. It stated that the decision has been taken to ensure the highest standards of safety for passengers and crew.

The airline added that it will continue to assess the security environment and adjust its flight operations as required. Dedicated teams are assisting affected passengers with necessary support, including rebooking and travel guidance.
