Gurugram : SDM Akhilesh of Sohna instructed the officers of various departments to seriously resolve the problems received in the Samadhan Shivir and update the ATR (Action Taken Report) clearly and completely on the portal so that the problems are not reopened again during the review. He said that in the name of solution, do not just do formality, but concrete and timely action should be ensured.
SDM Akhilesh was addressing the officers in the review meeting of Samadhan Shivir held on Friday. He instructed that all the department heads should be present in the next meeting themselves and bring the solution and complete report of all the problems related to their department.
SDM Akhilesh said that Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini himself reviews the Samadhan camps from Chandigarh. In such a situation, if any problem reopens, then the officers of the concerned department will be held responsible.
He told the officers not to put incomplete information on the portal after resolving the problem. Before filing ATR, read it carefully and ensure that there are no errors in it. Quality should be ensured by resolving pending issues quickly.
