New Delhi : Three senior officers of the Indian Army today started the joint press conference on Operation Sindoor with powerful lines from the timeless composition of National poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, clearly indicating their steely resolve. Although the lines of the great poet Dinkar mentioned in the press conference were written in the context of the greatest war on earth, Mahabharata, but it gave a strong message to Pakistan. The DGMOs of the three Services made some shocking revelations in symbolic language in the press briefing.
Air Marshal AK Bharti gave new information related to Operation Sindoor. During this, he told that the attack made by Pakistan was foiled by India’s air defense system. He said that Pakistan could not penetrate India’s air defense system in any way. He told that India shot down missiles made by China and Türkiye. The Air Force clearly stated that this fight was against terrorists, but the Pakistan Army came to their rescue. He clarified that most of the weapons, radars or air defense systems that Pakistan had were made in China, the debris of which proves this, while the drones were made in Turkey, the Indian Army is fully capable of causing a bad fate to them.
He said that the Pakistani army decided to support the terrorists and intervene. The Pakistani army is responsible for the damage that has been caused. He made stress that Indian war-proven systems have stood the test of time. The indigenous air defense system, Akash system, performed brilliantly. We kept civilian and military infrastructure to a minimum, while the Pakistani army was continuously attacking. Our air defense systems.
In the press briefing, Air Marshal AK Bharti, Director General of Air Operations of the Indian Air Force, recited lines from Ramcharit Manas in response to a question about showing a video clipping with lines from the famous work ‘Rashmirathi’ by national poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar. He said, ‘Ramdhari Singh Dinkar has been our national poet. The question is what message is being given with his lines. So I will just remind you of a line from Ramcharit Manas, then you will understand what the message is. After this he recited this chaupaayi-
‘Binay na maane jaldhi jad gaye teen din beeti.
Bole Ram sakop tab bhay binu hoi na preeti’.
Air Marshal Bharti said, ‘Yesterday we talked about the terrorist infrastructure successfully destroyed in PoK and Pakistan. Our fight is only against terrorism and we targeted only the infrastructure of the terrorists. But the Pakistani military thought it right to support the terrorists and made it their fight. In this situation, our retaliation was necessary and they themselves are responsible for whatever loss they suffered in this.’
Air Marshal A.K. Bharti said, “…our battle-proven systems have stood the test of time and kept up to the challenge. Another special thing has been the excellent performance of the indigenous air defense system, Akash system. Creating and implementing a powerful AD environment has been possible only due to the budgetary and policy support received from the Government of India in the last decade.”
Air Force DGMO Air Marshal AK Bharti said that it was impossible for the enemy to penetrate our air defense system. He said that our fight was against terrorists. But the Pakistani army came to the rescue of the terrorists. Bharti says that Pakistan is responsible for the damage caused to Pakistan during this action.
He said that our air defense system is very strong. He said that India’s indigenous air defense system Akash also worked very efficiently. The Akash missile system is completely indigenous. It is capable of destroying enemy aircraft and drones at a distance of 25-30 kilometers. He said that India’s integrated air command and control thwarted Pakistani military attacks.
He said that our air defense system destroyed the Chinese missile PL-15E and the Turkish-made Yiha missile fired by Pakistan. Apart from this, Pakistan also used long range rockets. But India’s air defense system effectively thwarted Pakistan’s efforts to target Indian installations.
