CCS Meeting Chaired by PM Modi to be held Tomorrow : Final Decision Expected

New Delhi : After the situation created in the country and the world after the Pahalgam terrorist attack, once again a meeting of the Security Affairs Committee (CCS) chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be held on Wednesday morning at 11 am. This will be the second meeting of the CCS after the aforesaid heinous incident. In this meeting, important decisions are likely to be taken in view of the possibility of India-Pak war.

There is a strong possibility that there can be a discussion on security preparations in the CCS meeting. A decision can also be taken on what kind of action should be taken against Pakistan.

On the other hand, there is also news that after the CCS meeting, an important meeting of CCPA (Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs) will also be held tomorrow under the chairmanship of PM Modi. It is understood that in this important meeting, there can be brainstorming on the decisions taken in the CCS because many other cabinet ministers are also members in it.

It is worth mentioning that CCPA has Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, Health Minister JP Nadda, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Sarbananda Sonowal, Rajmohan Naidu and other senior ministers as its members. Obviously, apart from BJP, other constituent parties in the government are also represented in it where the decisions of the government can be approved politically.

It is worth mentioning that after the Pahalgam terror attack, India suspended the Indus Agreement with Pakistan. It has been announced to close the Attari border from May 1. Pakistani citizens have been ordered to leave India within 48 hours. The army has been asked to remain on high alert. Pakistani diplomats have been ordered to leave India. Its effect is also being seen rapidly.
