Chandigarh March 28 : Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that the aim of the bill brought in the House by the State Government in connection with Aparna Sansthan is to promote the ideas of Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari for public welfare. He said that a yoga ashram is already built on that land and Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari ji wanted that health facilities should also be available to the people here. Therefore, the spirit of public welfare has to be realized by taking control of this ashram under the government.
The Chief Minister was speaking in the House today during the discussion on the bill brought in the House regarding Aparna Sansthan during the budget session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly.
Naib Singh Saini informed the House that by bringing this bill, we are not bypassing any law of the Central Government, but all the processes are being completed by remaining under it.
He said that after the death of Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari, the said institution got divided into two factions and for the last three decades, litigation is going on between them and the said institution has become inactive. Therefore, the purpose of bringing this bill is that the land of the institution does not go into wrong hands and people keep getting its benefits.
