Nilkanthdham (Gujrat), Jan 17 : “To be ahead of artificial intelligence ( AI), we must adopt spiritual intelligence (SI) with spiritually guided materialism (SGM) strategy for the multiplier effect of our collective commitment for becoming Viksit Bharat grounded in Dharma,” justified Former Vice-Chancellor and founder Needonomics School of Thought Prof. Madan Mohan Goel, superannuated Professor of Kurukshetra University. He was addressing the participants of a national conference jointly organized by Veer Narmad South Gujrat University, Surat & Swaminarayan Gurukul Rajkot Sansthan on the topic “ Dharma as Gita-based Thought on Needonomics”.
Dharma is to be understood as duty, righteousness, moral and ethical principles in life (personal and professional), said Prof Goel.
We must believe in ‘Dharma’ as one for all which unites people and not religion which divides people by the self-styled religious leaders, believes Needonomist Goel.
Gita as ism a neutral religion-free treatise on management, the heart of Krishan addresses the concept of dharma and provides guidance on how to live a righteous life in terms of spiritual mathematics ( yog= summation) as 1+1=1, explained disciple of Gita living in Kurukshetra.
We have to understand and adopt Gita-based needonomics in totality which includes needo-consumption, needo-saving, needo-production, needo-investment, needo-distribution, altruism, needo-trade, said Prof. Goel.
To create demand for the products, there is a strong case for adopting the NAW (Need to be created, Affordability be ensured, and pricing Worth of) approach to marketing, believes the Needonomist.
For Viksit Bhart, all the stakeholders of the economy have to become street SMART with spiritual input flowing from Gita and Anu-Gita, told Prof. Goel.
All challenges and worldly problems in the present era call for understanding the Gita-based Needonomics as a spiritually guided materialism (SGM) strategy for needo-wealth, needo-health, and needo-happiness, said Prof. Goel.
